I. NAME
This LOTRO kinship shall be known as Fellowship of Middle Earth and is a multi-race kinship.
II. PURPOSE
Fellowship of Middle Earth shall serve the LOTRO community as an RP-structured, OOC-friendly kinship and does not discriminate against age, race, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation.
III. KINSHIP STRUCTURE
1.) Fellowship of Middle Earth shall be divided into regions, based on Tolkien LOTR lore. Such regions will be categorized as either Realms, Nations, or Kingdoms.
2.) Each region shall require a list of LOTRO gameplay attributes reflective of such region's traditional lore.
3.) Fellowship of Middle Earth shall be governed by the Middle Earth Council, chaired by the kinship leader. Such council membership requires each region leader and one additional officer from each region selected personally his/her region leader.
3.) Kinship ranks shall be designated as such: Commoner (recruit), Citizen (kinsman/kinswoman), Noble (officer), and either Lord (officer, realm), Governor (officer, nation), or King (officer, kingdom).
4.) Promotions shall require Middle Earth Council majority vote. Kinsman/woman promotion shall be given by the inductee's region leader upon Council's approval. Officer promotion shall be given by the kinship leader upon the Council's approval.
5.) Each member shall require regional selection to be formally recognized as a member of Fellowship of Middle Earth.
IV. LOTRO GAMEPLAY
1.) Each member shall be permitted to have two characters, while such action requires each character to restrict citizenship to the same region and either character shall not be permitted to serve as a regional leader.
